ORDER STATUS
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation including products, total amounts and shipping information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with shipping confirmation and tracking information.
CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. These may include:
- Difficulty in processing your payment information.
- Cannot ship to address provided.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail notification regarding your order, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Credit Cards such as Visa, American Express Card, Discover and MasterCard are accepted. For security purposes, ensure that your billing information matches your credit card statement information. Trèfle reserves the right to cancel any order that does not fulfill this criterion.
TAX
There is no Sales tax or any other tax added on any merchandise shown.

Items needed for overnight or 2-day delivery can be arranged and we're happy to meet your deadline! Please contact customer service at customerservice@trefledesigns.com to request a RUSH on your order. Keep in mind that additional charges will apply.
IN-STOCK/RE-STOCK OF GOODS
Currently, all items posted on the website are available for sale. Trèfle recognizes that some items may become unavailable and should this occur, proper notice will be given and shown immediately. We DO NOT confirm payments with backorders. If a product is sold out, it will state “SOLD OUT” with additional information stating the date that the product will become available.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Trèfle does not offer returns or exchanges for refund at this time. Sale items are also non-refundable. ALL sales are final. No exceptions.
SWIMSUIT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand-wash in cold water with mild detergent.
Rinse thoroughly.
Dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight.
Do NOT spin or tumble dry.
Some colours may bleed or run. If this happens, apply a tsp(teaspoon) of salt to the cold water. This will fasten the dye.
Some colours may be transparent when wet; whereas the best dyes available have been used, it is impossible to guarantee against fading.
